Integral High Performance Coatings (Integral HPC) is a locally owned business in Edmonton. We are a division of  PolyLEVEL Alberta Corp. which has been active in Alberta since 2015. PolyLEVEL Alberta Corp. and Integral High Performance Coatings were founded by bringing together the skills and experiences of two professionals to launch these two businesses.

Michel Belanger and Francois Amyotte have over 25 years of experience owning and operating businesses, and they combine to form an exceptional ownership team.

The Integral High Performance Coatings division has been active since early 2021. We provide a proven, reliable, eco-friendly 100% Solids Polyurethane coating and rehabilitation of damaged wastewater treatment and sanitary sewer infrastructure. We specialize in preventing Inflow & Infiltration, eliminating damage from Corrosive gasses, and extending the useful life of both new and aging wastewater infrastructure. Our team is dedicated to solving our customer’s most challenging needs. Our focus is on providing lasting sustainable solutions for the wastewater industry.

Executive Team

  • Michel Belanger

    CEO & PRESIDENT

    Michel Belanger has had a long career on the operations side of several businesses. Michel is the CEO and President of Redrok International Inc., a firm helping entrepreneurs build their businesses by providing equity financing, business advice and strategic partnerships. Michel is also the director of Newcastle Medical Investments Ltd., an investment company that assisted Innovative Trauma Care Inc. in getting to market.

    Michel was previously Partner/Owner, Production Manager, Repair Manager, and Technical Manager at a datalogger (measurement & control systems) company with extensive experience in field installations. Michel’s proficiency in accounting and financial planning strengthens the foundation of Integral High Performance Coatings.

    In addition to his business ventures, Michel serves as President of the Southwest Community Adult Hockey League (SWCAHL). The SWCAHL aims to keep players active in hockey throughout their adult lives and serve as a bridge to join the over-55 Edmonton Vintage league. Michel is also a former director of Yellowbird East Community League.

  • Francois Amyotte

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Francois Amyotte holds journeyman certificates in plumbing, first-class gas fitting, and pipe fitting. Francois has been working on construction sites since 1977 and has further experience in the form of the 20+ houses he has bought and sold. Francois has purchased homes and gone through extensive renovations, turning them into rental properties or resold.

  • JF Royer

    SALES EXECUTIVE

    JF has been with Integral High Performance Coatings for just over two years. He started on the production crews and switched to sales last year. He is also a journeyman electrician. You might find him coaching hockey, on the lake with his jetskis or hanging out with friends in his free time.

  • Vanessa Pisanello

    OFFICE SUPERVISOR

    Known for her openness and approachability, Vanessa possesses excellent interpersonal skills that enable her to connect with customers on a sincere level. Her ability to listen attentively, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions has consistently resulted in high levels of customer satisfaction. As a natural leader, Vanessa combines her strong organizational skills with a passion for motivating and empowering the PolyLEVEL team. Her collaborative approach fosters a positive work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork. Vanessa leads by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Her ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor team members contributes greatly to the team's growth and development.

    With a passion for continuous improvement, Vanessa also stays updated on industry trends, customer service best practices, and emerging technologies. She proactively identifies areas for improvement and implements innovative strategies to enhance the overall customer experience at PolyLEVEL Alberta. Vanessa is a valuable asset to the organization, combining her exceptional customer care skills, leadership abilities, and technical expertise to drive customer satisfaction and team success. Her dedication to delivering outstanding service, coupled with her strong personality traits and technical skills, makes her an indispensable member of the Administration team.

    Hugo is well disciplined and his initiative shows through in dedication to his job and team. He is a wonderful addition to our team of Technicians here at PolyLEVEL Alberta. He takes our company values to heart and believes in performing his best to ensure complete satisfaction with your concrete lifting project.

    Hugo’s previous work includes being a labourer and kitchen cook. These jobs garnered his ability to work well with others and ensuring you receive the best installation possible when it comes to their concrete lifting, leveling, and sealing projects.

    Jonathan is a member of our production team as an installation technician and has been quick to show his aptitude for exceptional WOW service. He is a very hard worker and isn’t afraid to let it show.

    Jonathan’s experience as a painter and meat cutter has given him the precise hands and proper time management skills to deliver the quality of work, we strive to provide for you when handling your projects.

    Not one to hold in a joke, you can generally find Jon laughing it up and enjoying the company of others. A music buff and a lover of the blues, he is looking forward to spending his time studying music in the Fall.

    Josh is simply a force of positive energy and can-do attitude when it comes to being a part of our team, this has been shown through his wonderful attitude, great nature, and his zeal when completing your projects. His dedication to performing a job well has been proven time and time again.

    His previous experience includes labor in the construction industry that has given him a good skillset including a bit of wiring, vehicle maintenance, deliveries, and transfer. His other skills include great customer service and an attitude for clean practice.

    Josh has aspirations of getting into business and is currently in school for the Bachelor of Commerce at MacEwan University. A lover of competition and sports Josh also plays goaltender for his soccer team.

    Quentin is a Lead Technician on the PolyLEVEL production team, he is a valuable asset and is known to operate with respect, accountability, and forward thought.

    His previous experience as a Chef and owner-operator of his own meal-prep service, coupled with his valuable knowledge of tools and installation, has made him well suited to the task of providing top-notch customer service.

    Q (as he goes by) is an avid fitness enthusiast, and a connoisseur of the spice, so much so that he makes his own hot sauces (that he shares with the team).

  • LEAD TECHNICIAN

    Ryley's a Technician here at PolyLEVEL Alberta Corp. and has been dedicated to his duties to ensure your concrete lifting and leveling projects go as smoothly as possible. He takes all of his tasks to heart, one of which is cleanliness. Ryley makes certain to take appropriate steps to clean up after we have performed our work to your satisfaction.

    His previous work experience is extensive it involves 6+ years of construction experience including residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Ryley's commitment to working in a safe environment is an asset when it comes to the strenuous and physically demanding tasks that are required of a Technician. He is a skilled tradesman and is a Journeyman Electrician where he had first gained his insight into a variety of trades as well as concrete and masonry work.

    During Ryley's spare time he enjoys the outdoors - hiking in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.

    Lindsay is a part of the Customer Care team here at PolyLEVEL Alberta and is coming up on her 3rd season with us. She is one of our Customer Care Specialists, and also coordinates the production schedule for the installation of your project. Her quick thinking and adaptability allow her to perform her job well and efficiently.

    Lindsay's previous work experience includes 10+ years of customer service. In her previous positions, she's developed skills in dispatching, booking appointments and handling inbound calls which she exercises frequently in her role as part of our Customer Care team. Her friendly and bubbly demeanor make her a pleasure to work with on your projects. She is always happy to help and find the ideal time to schedule your installation.

    If Lindsay is not in the office, she enjoys spending her time cooking and crafting and spending time with her family and friends.
